Percussion
instruments were almost certainly the very first ones to express human
musical aspirations. For many centuries this astonishingly diversified
group of instruments was relegated as mere participant in orchestras,
but quite essential to the structure and support of string, woodwind
and brass groups. Starting in the 1960s, composers have written
thousands of works for percussion even concertos with orchestras! Come
and discover the wealth of sounds you may have never experienced
before...
We look forward to seeing you!
